7-day money-back guarantee

If Sales Track PK isn't right for your shop, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms. This applies to your first subscription payment only.

Cancel anytime

There is no contract and no lock-in. You can cancel your Rs 499/month subscription at any time by contacting us. After cancelling:

• You will not be charged again.
• Your account stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• No partial refunds are given for the remaining days of an ongoing month (except within the 7-day guarantee above).

Your data is always yours

At any time — including after you cancel — you can download a complete backup of your shop's data (products, customers, orders, udhaar records) from the app as CSV files. If your subscription has ended and you need a final export, contact us and we'll provide it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned using the same method you paid with (e.g. JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer), normally within 5 working days of approval.
